Last updated: 15 July 2026

Who we are

This site, getgymble.com, is operated by Gymble Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17216087, whose registered office is at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA.

For anything relating to your personal data, contact us at [email protected].

What this notice covers

This notice covers this marketing website only. The Gymble product has its own privacy policy, shown to gym operators and members inside the product.

The demo form

When you submit the book-a-demo form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, gym or studio name, and your message. We use them to respond to you, arrange your demo and keep you informed about Gymble. They are stored with Resend, our email provider. You can ask us to remove your details at any time by emailing us.

Bot protection

The demo form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, to distinguish people from bots. This runs on our legitimate interest in keeping the form free of spam and abuse.

Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in its European Union region, to understand how this site is used: page views, clicks and demo requests. Our analytics run in cookieless mode: no analytics cookies or persistent identifiers are stored on your device, and we do not use session recording on this site.

Hosting and logs

Like most websites, our servers keep standard technical logs (IP address, request time, pages requested) to keep the site secure and diagnose faults. Logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to our processing, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK, or to your local supervisory authority in the EEA.

Changes

If we make material changes to this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
